Road plate rental with transport and installation
We rent road plates for construction sites, industrial projects, renewable energy developments and events. We select the system to match ground conditions and loads, and organise transport, installation and removal throughout Poland.
Nationwide service
We organise delivery, installation and removal at the project site. Scope and timing depend on location, ground conditions and system availability.
Selected for ground conditions and loads
We do not force one solution onto every site. We select the plate system based on the ground, axle loads, traffic intensity and planned period of use.
Transport, installation and removal
One service can cover road plate logistics, route layout, installation and collection after the works are complete. You do not need to coordinate several separate crews.
How much does road plate rental cost?
Road plate rental is priced individually. Two access roads with the same surface area can cost differently if the ground, loads, location or rental period are different.
- surface area and route length – determine how many panels are required,
- plate system – soft ground and heavy traffic require different solutions,
- rental period – from short projects to multi-month contracts,
- location – affects transport and the number of deliveries,
- ground conditions – levelling, geotextile or an additional layer may be required,
- installation and removal scope – depends on access for equipment and route geometry.
The cheapest plate does not always mean the cheapest road. The total cost includes transport, installation, use and removal.
What should you send for a quick quote?
To select the right system and calculate the cost without guessing, send us:
- project location,
- approximate road length and width or working-area size,
- planned rental period,
- types and weights of vehicles or machinery,
- 2–3 photos of the ground,
- whether installation and removal are required.
Do not know the exact area? Send a sketch, map or basic dimensions and we will help calculate the requirement.
How does road plate rental work?
We start with the conditions on the project, not with a predetermined product. This allows the road system to match the actual loads and ground conditions.
1. Project details
You provide the location, route or working-area dimensions, period of use, vehicle types and basic information about the ground.
2. System selection and quote
We select the system based on ground bearing capacity, loads, number of vehicle movements, manoeuvring requirements and planned period of use.
3. Transport and installation
We organise delivery and install the surface along the planned access road, work area or crane platform. Ground preparation can be included where required.
4. Removal after the works
When the project is complete, we dismantle the system and collect the plates. You do not need to store them or organise onward transport.
Road plate systems available for rent
We select the surface for the actual job. Below are four of the systems we use most often. See the full range of road plates.
Alu Deck HD
Aluminium panels for high loads, technological roads, working areas and protection of demanding surfaces.
Metrum
Wooden panels with a large load-distribution area. Particularly effective on soft, wet and uneven ground.
Steel plates
Thin and highly durable plates for heavy equipment, point loads and locations where a low entry threshold matters.
Flex Deck
Lightweight composite panels for fast ground protection, temporary roads, renewable energy projects and applications requiring quick installation.
How do you choose road plates for the ground and load?
The same road area can require a completely different system depending on the ground and traffic. We look primarily at:
- soft or waterlogged ground – load distribution and ground preparation are critical,
- HGVs and heavy haulage – axle loads, traffic intensity and manoeuvring areas matter,
- tracked machinery and high point loads – the surface must be resistant and properly supported,
- lawns and sensitive surfaces – protecting the existing surface and minimising disturbance are the priority,
- short projects – delivery, installation and removal speed become important,
- multi-month projects – we consider system durability and total cost over the full rental period.
For unusual ground conditions, do not assume a specific plate type in advance. Send photos and vehicle data and we will select a system to suit the site.
Where is road plate rental used?
We usually build temporary surfaces where a permanent road is unnecessary, too expensive or cannot be constructed before the main works begin.
- construction sites – access for HGVs, HIAB trucks, excavators and deliveries,
- renewable energy – wind and solar farms,
- energy and linear infrastructure – power lines, networks and pipelines,
- industry and logistics – work, storage and loading areas,
- events – ground protection and technical access,
- heavy transport – technological routes and working platforms.
Road plate rental or purchase?
Rental usually makes the most sense for temporary projects where the surface will be removed after the works.
- you do not tie up capital in plates,
- you do not need to arrange storage afterwards,
- you can choose a different system for the next project,
- transport, installation and removal can be included in one service.
Purchase makes more sense for permanent surfaces or repeated long-term use of your own plates.
If you need reinforced concrete slabs for a permanent surface, see our concrete slab information.
Road plate rental in practice
Real projects show system selection better than generic claims — different ground conditions, loads and project scales.

FAQ – road plate rental
How much does road plate rental cost?
The price depends mainly on the surface area, plate system, rental period, location, ground conditions and the scope of transport, installation and removal. Each project is quoted individually.
Does the price include transport and installation?
The quote can include delivery, installation and later removal. Send the location and scope of works so we can calculate the full project cost.
How long can road plates be rented?
Road plates can be rented for short projects as well as investments lasting many months. The rental period is matched to the project schedule.
Which plates are best for soft or waterlogged ground?
There is no single system that is right for every weak ground condition. Selection depends on ground bearing capacity, loads, traffic pattern and route geometry. Load-distribution area and ground preparation are especially important.
How many road plates are needed?
The quantity depends on the length, width and layout of the route, including manoeuvring zones and working areas. If you do not know the exact area, a sketch, map or basic dimensions are enough for us to estimate the requirement.
Do you rent road plates throughout Poland?
Yes. We provide delivery, installation and removal throughout Poland. Timing and logistics costs depend on location and project scope.
Need road plates for your project?
Send the location, approximate area, rental period and photos of the ground. We will select the system and prepare a quote for transport, installation and removal.
