Our Temporary Roads at Master Truck Show 2024
Master Truck Show is one of the most important automotive events in Poland, attracting thousands of truck fans, tuned vehicles, and specialized machinery. Each edition of this unique event showcases not only the latest solutions in the transport industry but also spectacular vehicle shows and truck stunts.
In 2024, we had the opportunity to participate in something truly extraordinary – transporting a tank! As soon as the opportunity arose to take on such a challenge, we immediately took action. Preparing a solid and durable surface was crucial for the massive vehicle to safely move across the festival grounds.
What Challenges Awaited the Organizers?
Organizing such a large event comes with numerous infrastructure challenges. Each year, hundreds of trucks, exhibition equipment, and show machinery enter the festival grounds. To avoid issues with soft ground and ensure smooth vehicle movement, a stable access road was essential.
The main problems we needed to solve:
- Heavy Equipment – heavy vehicles, including a tank and specialized trucks, required a stable surface.
- Soft Terrain – the festival takes place in an open area, where rain can cause the ground to become muddy and difficult to navigate.
- Participant Safety – the need to provide a road not only for vehicles but also for pedestrians attending the event.
Road Infrastructure for Master Truck Show
To meet these challenges, we prepared a long, two-lane aluminum road that allowed for efficient access to the event site. The solutions implemented ensured the safe and quick entry of trucks and eliminated problems associated with uneven ground.
What Materials Did We Use?
During the construction of the temporary road and platform for heavy equipment, we used proven solutions:
✔ Aluminum Plates Alu Deck HD – lightweight, resistant to heavy loads and extreme weather conditions. Ideal for surfaces requiring durability while maintaining mobility.
✔ Wooden Road Plates Metrum – solid and eco-friendly, they perform well in areas with lower load-bearing capacity.
✔ Wooden Road Plates Strong – with reinforced construction, designed for applications requiring maximum stability.
Thanks to these materials, the temporary road allowed for the smooth organization of the event, eliminating the risk of vehicle entrapment and enhancing participant safety.
