Aluminum plates

Aluminum plates are a strong yet lightweight solution used in Renewable Energy (RE) construction and various outdoor events. The plates are connected using screw connections, making them ideal for flat and sloping terrains. They are highly resistant to harsh weather conditions. We offer two types of plates:

• Alu Deck HD
  Alu Deck HD are plates measuring 215 x 300 x 5 cm and weighing 270 kg each. The plate’s construction features increased durability, making it perfect for large constructions and events with heavy loads.
• Alu Deck
  Alu Deck – plates measuring 213.5 x 300 cm x 5 and weighing 210 kg each. They are suitable for locations with lighter loads but still requiring a solid and durable construction.

Both models of aluminum plates are designed for durability and reliability, ensuring effective protection in challenging conditions and meeting the requirements of even the most demanding construction projects.

Metrum Wooden Plate

Metrum plates are our most popular solution. Made of a uniform and durable wooden structure. Available in lengths of 300, 400, and 500 cm, width of 100 cm, and thickness of 10 cm. We also have the Metrum XL version, characterized by a greater thickness of 15 cm, providing additional strength. E economical and most commonly used as temporary roads in the form of two tracks, but depending on the ground conditions and purpose, they can also be installed across utilizing the full length of the plate, as well as solid surfaces for maneuvering and storage areas. They can also serve as access ramps for leveling terrain or as fillings for terrain indentations.

Concrete Plates

Concrete plates are durable prefabricated elements used in transportation engineering for constructing road surfaces, storage yards, parking lots, and access roads. Thanks to mounting handles that do not protrude beyond the plate outline, they allow for precise installation without gaps, enhancing surface durability and aesthetics. Made of spatially reinforced durable concrete, the plates are resistant to intensive use and harsh weather conditions. They are used in both permanent and temporary projects, allowing for quick project completion and minimizing disruptions to traffic.

Flex Deck Plastic Panels

Flex Deck panels are highly flexible structural elements made of durable plastic. They are commonly used in the event and construction industries. They are excellent for organizing mass events as well as for building commercial areas. Each Flex panel measures 300 cm x 100 cm x 2 cm. Their advantages include quick installation, high resistance to weather conditions, and mechanical loads.

Strong Wood Plates

Strong Plates — a three-layer wooden construction, ideal for building temporary roads, storage yards, maneuvering, and auxiliary construction surfaces. Characterized by high durability due to alternately arranged layers of wood and precise tongue and groove joints. The plate dimensions are 430 x 220 cm with a thickness of 12.5 cm and a weight of 650 kg, ensuring solidity and easy installation in various construction conditions.

Steel Plates

Steel plates are a versatile solution in projects where very thin protective layers are required. The high strength parameters of steel plates guarantee long-term stability and resistance to loads, even in challenging environmental conditions. Available in two dimensions: 200 cm x 300 cm x 1 cm and 150 cm x 300 cm x 1 cm. They are an ideal choice for locations requiring durability, especially for tracked vehicles.

Heavy Deck Panels

Heavy Deck polypropylene panels are a durable solution designed to protect the substrate during events, festivals, and large mass gatherings. Thanks to their lightweight construction and easy installation, they enable rapid site preparation while ensuring stability and safety. The panels’ special structure effectively protects the substrate from damage, and their durability allows for use on various surfaces, including uneven or challenging terrains. Heavy Deck panels combine durability and functionality, making them ideal for intensive applications.

Rubber Mats

Rubber mats are made of rubber reinforced with polyester or polyimide-polyester fabric. Designed to effectively cope with ground instability. Suitable for light loads in weak terrains, and in loose soils, for heavier loads. The base measures 350 cm x 100 cm x 2 cm, allowing for effective adaptation to various types of substrates, especially curbs and cobblestones.
