Investment in the Heart of the Capital
Directly in front of the entrance to Warsaw Hub – one of the most prestigious office complexes in Warsaw – modernization works requiring the use of heavy equipment were carried out. The key challenge was to prepare a stable and safe access to the investment area and to create a platform for the crane.
Logistical Challenges
In the city center, where every square meter of space matters, it was necessary to:
ensure safe access to the investment area,
protect the green areas and sidewalks,
prepare the ground for crane operation,
secure edges and entrances.
The rental of road plates allowed for the creation of temporary road infrastructure without interfering with the existing spatial layout.
Aluminum Plates Alu Deck HD
For the implementation, Alu Deck HD aluminum plates were used, which, due to their high load capacity, proved effective as a temporary road and maneuvering platform. Their lightweight construction facilitated quick assembly and disassembly, and their resistance to loads allowed safe handling of heavy equipment in limited space.

Wooden Road Plates Metrum 3
Additionally, 8 pieces of wooden plates Metrum 3 (3x1x0.1 m) were used under the crane. Their task was to evenly distribute the pressure and increase the stability of the equipment.
Rubber Mats
Edges and entrances were secured with rubber mats, which protected surfaces from mechanical damage and improved safety.
Implementation Effects
The combination of aluminum plates, wooden plates, and rubber mats provided full control over the logistics of the investment:
a stable platform for the crane was created,
free access for trucks was possible,
green areas and sidewalks were protected,
work proceeded quickly and without disruptions.
